Weatherman714 has made too many crazy posts to ever be taken seriously. His purpose is to be like a Kathaksung, a constant reminder to anyone who wants to get involved on the chemtrail board, that their ideas are going to be side by side with convolution.

Swampgas and Chem11 were the ones the normal chemmies were expected to navigate towards. The two of them made plenty of sense enough of the time to keep the gatekeeper status alive. Now that all of them have been discredited, there is simply nowhere else for real chemmies to go. The decision has been made to let the biggest chemtrail forum descend into total lunacy. They are afraid to let new people in. They have scrubbed the history. They have even been scrubbing the wayback machine.

Someone posted a great thread at CTC awhile back showing how they track the users there. Hmm...wonder what for?

It is found here: How do you fit the Chemtrail Central profile? Find out here.

The link there takes you to here: Quantcast.com

Very interesting the websites they say people read...and the statistics they are tracking...wouldn't you say, socrates?

I noticed that this place can be looked at also. I don't see how they are able to track anything. I found one blogger who said quantcast is not reliable. I never signed up for them or the google analytics, but those two are always showing up. The only thing I ever did was add this place's url address to the google and yahoo search directories.

There's another robot that's been showing up too. {64.1.215.166 [crawl-5.cuill.com]}
It is a mysterious database created by an ex-google employee.

Chemtrail Central is as fake as any website there is. From what I've seen out of Megasprayer, from Gastronamus and the "old gang," from the scrubbing of CTC's history, it is my humble conclusion that 98% of all members at CTC are fake. You are one of the only real people there. CTC's role is to portray chemtrails as both kookiness and as an enigma. It's fundamental role perhaps is to show how the #1 search engine result for chemtrails is pure shit, thus making it easier for newbies and those on the fence to think that chemtrails are contrails.

There's a dude out of Esperance, Australia named QuoVadius, who wonders if the bird drops had to do with chemtrails and/or HAARP. He took photos. He checked out the weather conditions. He's got a big thread going at this forum I don't read at. Not sure what to make of this guy. He's got a strange signature. But maybe he is for real with his chemtrail posts. He seems to be. He took great chemtrail pictures, showing how total fake overcasts are created. Chemtrails are real, and they are deliberate activity.

{sorry I screenshot a bit of a blur in there above the plane.}

Here's one where he also makes a lot of sense. The only thing is I think he meant to say it isn't natural for 5-10 trails or whatever to spread out in a few hours into fake overcast. He just made a grammar or whatever mistake. It seems they are using this HAARP technology to efficiently spread out the chemjunk.

JORN & CSIRO

Postby Lophofo on Mon Feb 04, 2008 11:40 pm

Hey socrates,

Excellent Find! That ties in Lowell, MA to JORN. And we already know that UMLCAR (Lowell, MA) is tied into HAARP.

The Station List Organizations page
lists RLM Management Pty, Australia

And that URL takes us to the article talking about JORN and the OTH venture between Lockheed Martin and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF)

LOCKHEED MARTIN JOINT VENTURE DELIVERS OVER-THE-HORIZON RADAR TO AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT
ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, April 2nd, 2003 -- The Australian government will be able to conduct wide-area surveillance of the sea and air on its Northern coast following operational launch today of a network of over-the-horizon (OTH) high-frequency radars. RLM Management Pty Ltd, a joint venture of Lockheed Martin and the Australian defense contractor, Tenix, delivered the (U.S) $503 million Jindalee Operational Radar Network (JORN) to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in a ceremony at the JORN Coordination Center, near Adelaide. JORN's ability to see "over the horizon" means that it can detect targets at a range almost ten times as great as conventional "line of sight" radars. JORN consists of two OTH radars, one in the East coast state of Queensland and the other in the state of Western Australia. Both radars will be operated from the JORN Coordination Center at the RAAF Base in Edinburgh, South Australia, where the ceremony took place. Each radar is supported by its own Frequency Management System along with 17 beacons placed around the Northern coastline, and on Christmas Island off the Northwestern coast.

As part of the operational launch, Australian Defense Minister Robert Hill toured the Coordination Center and was given a briefing.

"The JORN," said Minister Hill, "means we can now conduct continuous, all weather detection of air and surface targets up to 2000 kilometers away from the Australian coastline, in a 180-degree arc from Western Australia across the northern approaches to Australia and on around to the Eastern state of Queensland. The combined performance of the JORN total network will allow cost-effective surveillance of some 20 million square kilometers and act as an early warning trip-wire in the defense and protection of Australia and our national interests."

RLM Management Pty Ltd. is an equal-share joint venture company of Lockheed Martin and Tenix and was established in 1997 to manage completion of JORN for the primary Australian telecommunications provider, Telstra, which had won the original contract for the project in 1991. After considerable early success, RLM became the prime contractor in October 1999.

Added Minister Hill, "RLM's involvement in the project and its close engagement with Defense project and Scientific staff has successfully saved a troubled project."

"During the past year, JORN has undergone extensive testing and evaluation," observed Dave Miller, Lockheed Martin's director for JORN. "Last September, the entire system was operated for 28 consecutive days against

I read through that thread a little bit over at the Liberty forum you posted. They mention CSIRO in that thread.

Now, if you look at this thread about AERONET Collaborators
You will see the screenshot (or by visiting) that CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization) is listed there.

That's an interesting connection...JORN is tied in with the company that's listed by UMLCAR, which is tied in with HAARP. So, essentially, JORN is tied in with HAARP. And CSIRO is tied in with AERONET. And, they are talked about in the same thread when it is concerning chemtrails and electromagnetic energy as well as ionospheric research.

That's not a coincidence, believe me. If people from other countries spoke out more here or at other forums about these places I have listed, you would see many more ties and connections.

Speak up, people! We need you. :)

I doubt Rosalie Bertell is a fake. I haven't seen much posted on her and her ideas. That to me is a sign she is probably legit. I personally believe that chemtrails are mostly about playing God with the atmosphere in response to climate change. But I don't dismiss the military factor.

Background of the HAARP Project

Prepared by Rosalie Bertell, Ph.D., GNSH

Military interest in space became intense during and after World War II because of the introduction of rocket science, the companion to nuclear technology. The early versions include the buzz bomb and guided missiles. They were thought of as potential carriers of both nuclear and conventional bombs.

Rocket technology and nuclear weapon technology developed simultaneously between 1945 and 1963. During this time of intensive atmospheric nuclear testing, explosions at various levels above and below the surface of the earth were attempted. Some of the now familiar descriptions of the earth's protective atmosphere, such as the existence of the Van Allen belts, were based on information gained through stratospheric and ionospheric experimentation.

The earth's atmosphere consists of the troposphere, from sea level to about 16 km above the earth's surface; the stratosphere (which contains the ozone level) which extends from about the 16 to 48 km above the earth; and the ionosphere which extends from 48 km to over 50,000 km above the surface of the earth.

The earth's protective atmosphere or "skin" extends beyond 3,200 km above sea level to the large magnetic fields, called the Van Allen Belts, which can capture the charged particles sprayed through the cosmos by the solar and galactic winds. These belts were discovered in 1958 during the first weeks of the operation of America's first satellite, Explorer I. They appear to contain charged particles trapped in the earth's gravity and magnetic fields. Primary galactic cosmic rays enter the solar system from interstellar space, and are made up of protons with energies above 100 MeV, extending up to astronomically high energies. They make up about 100 percent of the high energy rays. Solar rays are generally of lower energy, below 20 MeV (which is still high energy in earth terms). These high energy particles are affected by the earth's magnetic field and by geomagnetic latitude (distance above or below the geomagnetic equator). The flux density of low energy protons at the top of the atmosphere is normally greater at the poles than at the equator. The density also varies with solar activity, being at a minimum when solar flares are at a minimum.

The Van Allen belts capture charged particles (protons, electrons and alpha particles) and these spiral along the magnetic force lines toward the polar regions where the force lines converge. They are reflected back and forth between the magnetic force lines near the poles. The lower Van Allen Belt is about 7700 km above the earth's surface, and the outer Van Allen Belt is about 51,500 km above the surface. According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, the Van Allen belts are most intense along the equator, and effectively absent over the poles. They dip to 400 km over the South Atlantic Ocean, and are about 1,000 km high over the Central Pacific Ocean. In the lower Van Allen Belt, the proton intensity is about 20,000 particles with energy above 30 MeV per second per square centimeter. Electrons reach a maximum energy of 1 MeV, and their intensity has a maximum of 100 million per second per square centimeter. In the outer Belt, proton energy averages only 1 MeV. For compar-ison, most charged particles discharged in a nuclear explosion range between 0.3 and 3 MeV, while diagnostic medical X-ray has peak voltage around 0.5 MeV.

Project Argus (1958)

Between August and September 1958, the US Navy exploded three fission type nuclear bombs 480 km above the South Atlantic Ocean, in the part of the lower Van Allen Belt closest to the earth's surface. In addition, two hydrogen bombs were detonated 160 km over Johnston Island in the Pacific. The military called this "the biggest scientific experiment ever undertaken." It was designed by the US Department of Defense and the US Atomic Energy Commission, under the code name Project Argus. The purpose appears to be to assess the impact of high altitude nuclear explosions on radio transmission and radar operations because of the electromagnetic pulse (EMP), and to increase understanding of the geomagnetic field and the behavior of the charged particles in it.

This gigantic experiment created new (inner) magnetic radiation belts encompassing almost the whole earth, and injected sufficient electrons and other energetic particles into the ionosphere to cause world wide effects. The electrons traveled back and forth along magnetic force lines, causing an artificial "aurora" when striking the atmosphere near the North Pole.

The US Military planned to create a "telecommunications shield" in the ionosphere, reported in 13-20 August 1961, Keesings Historisch Archief (K.H.A.). This shield would be created "in the ionosphere at 3,000 km height, by bringing into orbit 350,000 million copper needles, each 2-4 cm long [total weight 16 kg], forming a belt 10 km thick and 40 km wide, the needles spaced about 100 m apart." This was designed to replace the ionosphere "because telecommunications are impaired by magnetic storms and solar flares." The US planned to add to the number of copper needles if the experiment proved to be successful. This plan was strongly opposed by the Intentional Union of Astronomers.

Project Starfish (1962)

On July 9, 1962, the US began a further series of experiments with the ionosphere. From their description: "one kiloton device, at a height of 60 km and one megaton and one multi-megaton, at several hundred kilometers height" (K.H.A., 29 June 1962). These tests seriously disturbed the lower Van Allen Belt, substantially altering its shape and intensity. "In this experiment the inner Van Allen Belt will be practically destroyed for a period of time; particles from the Belt will be transported to the atmosphere. It is anticipated that the earth's magnetic field will be disturbed over long distances for several hours, preventing radio communication. The explosion in the inner radiation belt will create an artificial dome of polar light that will be visible from Los Angeles" (K.H.A. 11 May 1962). A Fijian Sailor, present at this nuclear explosion, told me that the whole sky was on fire and he thought it would be the end of the world. This was the experiment which called forth the strong protest of the Queen's Astronomer, Sir Martin Ryle in the UK.

"The ionosphere [according to the under-standing at that time] that part of the atmosphere between 65 and 80 km and 280- 320 km height, will be disrupted by mechanical forces caused by the pressure wave following the explosion. At the same time, large quantities of ionizing radiation will be released, further ionizing the gaseous components of the atmosphere at this height. This ionization effect is strengthened by the radiation from the fission products... The lower Van Allen Belt, consisting of charged particles that move along the geomagnetic field lines... will similarly be disrupted. As a result of the explosion, this field will be locally destroyed, while countless new electrons will be introduced into the lower belt" (K.H.A. 11 May 1962). "On 19 July... NASA announced that as a consequence of the high altitude nuclear test of July 9, a new radiation belt had been formed, stretching from a height of about 400 km to 1600 km; it can be seen as a temporary extension of the lower Van Allen Belt" (K.H.A. 5 August 1962).

As explained in the Encyclopedia Britannica: "... Starfish made a much wider belt [than Project Argus] that extends from low altitude out past L=3 [i.e. three earth radiuses or about 13,000 km above the surface of the earth]." Later in 1962, the USSR undertook similar planetary experiments, creating three new radiation belts between 7,000 and 13,000 km above the earth. According to the Encyclopedia, the electron fluxes in the lower Van Allen Belt have changed markedly since the 1962 high- altitude nuclear explosions by the US and USSR, never returning to their former state. According to American scientists, it could take many hundreds of years for the Van Allen Belts to destabilize at their normal levels. SPS: Solar Power Satellite Project (1968)

In 1968 the US military proposed Solar Powered Satellites in geostationary orbit some 40,000 km above the earth, which would intercept solar radiation using solar cells on satellites and transmit it via a microwave beam to receiving antennas, called rectennas, on earth. The US Congress mandated the Department of Energy and NASA to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment on this project, to be completed by June 1980, and costing $25 Million. This project was designed to construct 60 Solar Powered Satellites over a thirty year period at a cost between $500 and $800 thousand million (in 1968 dollars), providing 100 percent of the US energy needs in the year 2025 at a cost of $3000 per kW. At that time, the project cost was two to three times larger than the whole Department of Energy budget, and the projected cost of the electricity was well above the cost of most conventional energy sources. The rectenna sites on earth were expected to take up to 145 square kilometers of land, and would preclude habitation by any humans, animals or even vegetation. Each Satellite was to be the size of Manhattan Island.

Saturn V Rocket (1975)

Due to a malfunction, the Saturn V Rocket burned unusually high in the atmosphere, above 300 km. This burn produced "a large ionospheric hole" (Mendillo, M. Et al., Science p. 187, 343, 1975). The disturbance reduced the total electron content more than 60% over an area 1,000 km in radius, and lasted for several hours. It prevented all telecommunications over a large area of the Atlantic Ocean. The phenomenon was apparently caused by a reaction between the exhaust gases and ionospheric oxygen ions. The reaction emitted a 6300 A airglow. Between 1975 and 1981 NASA and the US Military began to design ways to test this new phenomena through deliberate experimentation with the ionosphere.

SPS Military Implications (1978)

Early review of the Solar Powered Satellite Project began in around 1978, and I was on the review panel. Although this was proposed as an energy program, it had significant military implications. One of the most significant, first pointed out by Michael J. Ozeroff, was the possibility of developing a satellite-borne beam weapon for anti-ballistic missile (ABM) use. The satellites were to be in geosynchronous orbits, each providing an excellent vantage point from which an entire hemisphere can be surveyed continuously. It was speculated that a high-energy laser beam could function as a thermal weapon to disable or destroy enemy missiles. There was some discussion of electron weapon beams, through the use of a laser beam to preheat a path for the following electron beam.

The SPS was also described as a psychological and anti- personnel weapon, which could be directed toward an enemy. If the main microwave beam was redirected away from its rectenna, toward enemy personnel, it could use an infrared radiation wave- length (invisible) as an anti-personnel weapon. It might also be possible to transmit high enough energy to ignite combustible materials. Laser beam power relays could be made from the SPS satellite to other satellites or platforms, for example aircraft, for military purposes. One application might be a laser powered turbofan engine which would receive the laser beam directly in its combustion chamber, producing the required high temperature gas for its cruising operation. This would allow unlimited on-station cruise time. As a psychological weapon, the SPS was capable of causing general panic

The SPS would be able to transmit power to remote military operations anywhere needed on earth. The manned platform of the SPS would provide surveillance and early warning capability, and ELF linkage to submarines. It would also provide the capability of jamming enemy communications. The potential for jamming and creating communications is significant. The SPS was also capable of causing physical changes in the ionosphere

President Carter approved the SPS Project and gave it a go- ahead, in spite of the reservation which many reviewers, myself included, expressed. Fortunately, it was so expensive, exceeding the entire Department of Energy budget, that funding was denied by the Congress. I approached the United Nations Committee on Disarmament on this project, but was told that as long as the program was called Solar Energy by the United States, it could not be considered a weapons project. The same project resurfaced in the US under President Reagan. He moved it to the much larger budget of the Department of Defense and called it Star Wars. Since this is more recent history, I will not discuss the debate which raged over this phase of the plan.

By 1978, it was apparent to the US Military that communications in a nuclear hostile environment would not be possible using traditional methods of radio and television technology (Jane's Military Communications 1978). By 1982, GTE Sylvania (Needham Heights, Massachusetts) had developed a command control electronic sub-system for the US Air Force's Ground Launch Cruise Missiles (GLCM) that would enable military commanders to monitor and control the missile prior to launch both in hostile and non-hostile environments. The system contains six radio subsystems, created with visible light using a dark beam (not visible) and is resistant to the disruptions experienced by radio and television. Dark beams contribute to the formation of energetic plasma in the atmosphere. This plasma can become visible as smog or fog. Some has a different charge than the sun's energy, and accumulates in places where the sun's energy is absent, like the polar regions in the winter. When the polar spring occurs, the sun appears and repels this plasma, contributing to holes in the ozone layer. This military system is called: Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN). (See The SECOMII Communication System, by Wayne Olsen, SAND 78- 0391,Sandia Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 1978.) This innovative emergency radio system was apparently never implemented in Europe, and exists only in North America.

Orbit Maneuvering System (1981)

Part of the plan to build the SPS space platforms was the demand for reusable space shuttles, since they could not afford to keep discarding rockets. The NASA Spacelab 3 Mission of the Space Shuttle made, in 1981, "a series of passes over a network of five ground based observatories" in order to study what happened to the ionosphere when the Shuttle injected gases into it from the Orbit Maneuvering System (OMS). They discovered that they could "induce ionospheric holes" and began to experiment with holes made in the daytime, or at night over Millstone, Connecticut, and Arecibo, Puerto Rico. They experimented with the effects of "artificially induced ionospheric depletions on very low frequency wave lengths, on equatorial plasma instabilities, and on low frequency radio astronomical observations over Roberval, Quebec, Kwajelein, in the Marshall Islands and Hobart, Tasmania" (Advanced Space Research, Vo1.8, No. 1, 1988).

Innovative Shuttle Experiments (1985)

An innovative use of the Space Shuttle to perform space physics experiments in earth orbit was launched, using the OMS injections of gases to "cause a sudden depletion in the local plasma concentration, the creation of a so called ionospheric hole." This artificially induced plasma depletion can then be used to investigate other space phenomena, such as the growth of the plasma instabilities or the modification of radio propagation paths. The 47 second OMS burn of July 29, 1985, produced the largest and most long-lived ionospheric hole to date, dumping some 830 kg of exhaust into the ionosphere at sunset. A 6 second, 68 km OMS release above Connecticut in August 1985, produced an airglow which covered over 400,000 square km.

During the 1980's, rocket launches globally numbered about 500 to 600 a year, peaking at 1500 in 1989. There were many more during the Gulf War. The Shuttle is the largest of the solid fuel rockets, with twin 45 meter boosters. All solid fuel rockets release large amounts of hydrochloric acid in their exhaust, each Shuttle flight injecting about 75 tons of ozone destroying chlorine into the stratosphere. Those launched since 1992 inject even more ozone-destroying chlorine, about 187 tons, into the stratosphere (which contains the ozone layer).

Mighty Oaks (1986)

In April 1986, just before the Chernobyl disaster, the US had a failed hydrogen test at the Nevada Test Site called Mighty Oaks. This test, conducted far underground, consisted of a hydrogen bomb explosion in one chamber, with a leaded steel door to the chamber, two meters thick, closing within milliseconds of the blast. The door was to allow only the first radioactive beam to escape into the "control room" in which expensive instrumentation was located. The radiation was to be captured as a weapon beam. The door failed to close as quickly as planned, causing the radioactive gases and debris to fill the control room, destroying millions of dollars worth of equipment. The experiment was part of a program to develop X-ray and particle beam weapons. The radioactive releases from Mighty Oaks were vented, under a "licensed venting" and were likely responsible for many of the North American nuclear fallout reports in May 1986, which were attributed to the Chernobyl disaster.

Desert Storm (1991)

According to Defense News, April 13 - 19, 1992, the US deployed an electromagnetic pulse weapon (EMP) in Desert Storm, designed to mimic the flash of electricity from a nuclear bomb. The Sandia National Laboratory had built a 23,000 square meter laboratory on the Kirkland Air Force Base, 1989, to house the Hermes II electron beam generator capable of producing 20 Trillion Watt pulses lasting 20 billionths to 25 billionths of a second. This X-ray simulator is called a Particle Beam Fusion Accelerator. A stream of electrons hitting a metal plate can produce a pulsed X-ray or gamma ray. Hermes II had produced electron beams since 1974. These devises were apparently tested during the Gulf War, although detailed information on them is sparse.

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP (1993)

The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy, and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems." The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy into the ionosphere in order to:

* Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
* Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
* Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,
* Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties
* Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves,
* Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.

Poker Flat Rocket Launch (1968 to Present)

The Poker Flat Research Range is located about 50 km North of Fairbanks, Alaska, and it was established in 1968. It is operated by the Geophysical Institute with the University of Alaska Fairbanks, under NASA contract. About 250 major rocket launches have taken place from this site, and in 1994, a 16 meter long rocket was launched to help NASA "understand chemical reactions in the atmosphere associated with global climate change." Similar experiments, but using Chemical Release Modules (CRM), have been launched from Churchill, Manitoba. In 1980, Brian Whelan's "Project Waterhole" disrupted an aurora borealis, bringing it to a temporary halt. In February 1983, the chemical released into the ionosphere caused an aurora borealis over Churchill. In March 1989, two Black Brant X's and two Nike Orion rockets were launched over Canada, releasing barium at high altitudes and creating artificial clouds. These Churchill artificial clouds were observed from as far away as Los Alamos, New Mexico.

The US Navy has also been carrying on High Power Auroral Stimulation (HIPAS) research in Alaska. Through a series of wires and a 15 meter antenna, they have beamed high intensity signals into the upper atmosphere, generating a controlled disturbance in the ionosphere. As early as 1992, the Navy talked of creating 10 kilometer long antennas in the sky to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves needed for communicating with submarines. Another purpose of these experiments is to study the Aurora Borealis, called by some an outdoor plasma lab for studying the principles of fusion. Shuttle flights are now able to generate auroras with an electron beam. On November 10, 1991, and aurora borealis appeared in the Texas sky for the first time ever recorded, and it was seen by people as far away as Ohio and Utah, Nebraska and Missouri. The sky contained "Christmas colors" and various scientists were quick to blame it on solar activity. However, when pressed most would admit that the ionosphere must have been weakened at the time, so that the electrically charged particle hitting the earth's atmosphere created the highly visible light called airglow. These charged particles are normally pulled northwards by the earth's magnetic forces, to the magnetic north pole. The Northern Lights, as the aurora borealis is called, normally occurs in the vortex at the pole where the energetic particles, directed by the magnetic force lines, are directed.

Conclusions

It would be rash to assume that HAARP is an isolated experiment which would not be expanded. It is related to fifty years of intensive and increasingly destructive programs to understand and control the upper atmosphere.

It would be rash not to associate HAARP with the space laboratory construction which is separately being planned by the United States. HAARP is an integral part of a long history of space research and development of a deliberate military nature.

The military implications of combining these projects is alarming.

Basic to this project is control of communications, both disruption and reliability in hostile environments. The power wielded by such control is obvious.

The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via laser and particle beams, are frightening.

The project is likely to be "sold" to the public as a space shield against incoming weapons, or, for the more gullible, a devise for repairing the ozone layer.

Various Ties & Connections

Postby Lophofo on Fri Feb 15, 2008 8:56 pm

First of all, I must thank socrates for his great finds and for posting the Rosalie Bertell article.
I have read a similar article back in 2002 discussing the different projects that have lead up
to Star Wars and HAARP. They didn't mention the artificial clouds made from the barium rockets
though, and I'm glad this one did. One thing they did mention was a plan at one time to send
millions of copper needles up into space to act as a communications shield from solar flares, etc.
And I remember reading that it would have been way to expensive to do. They actually have
formed a new Van Allen belt, though, because of their experiments and explosions which have
taken place in that region.

I'd like to take some time and make some more connections for all of us here to help see the big picture.

When checking the station list page (it's in this post, plenty, so I won't post it again to help save time) for UMLCAR the name Dr. Terence W. Bullet seems to appear often. This name is associated with the USAF, the AFRL and the email address is Terry.Bullett@noaa.gov. We all know that the USAF helps the NOAA by flying their planes into hurricanes and such and taking measurements of the eye of the storm. And the AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory) is involved heavily with HAARP. Now, Dr. Bullet's name (Terry I will call him from this point on) shows up in the following stations:

College, AK
HAARP/Gakona, AK
Narssarssuaq, Greenland
King Salmon, AK
Goose Bay, Canada
Fairford, England
Hanscom AFB, MA
Argentia, Canada
Campo Grande, Brazil
Boulder, CO
Tobyhanna, PA
Wallops Island, VA
Osan AFB, Korea
Point Arguello, CA
Dyess AFB, TX
Eglin AFB, FL
Kwajalein Island
Ascension Island
Learmonth, Australia
Tucuman, Argentina

This guy is a major player with HAARP and ionospheric research. He attends CEDAR/DASI conferences and his name shows up in many places.

In the next post, I will show how his name is tied in with other names. Afterall, what's in Boulder Colorado? Where is the NOAA located?

We will go over NASA's incolvement, the NOAA's invlolvement, and show how NCAR, UCAR and univerisites/institutions and the Military are all involved when it comes to atmospheric research.

They might not all know they are involved with the big plans for HAARP, but they certainly do play they compartmentalized part. If they didn't, they wouldn't receive funding for their research programs.

Feel free to Google Terry's name. I'll share some nice URL's in the next post when I have the time. I already have them on me.

You deserve all the credit for helping us see how HAARP may be a vital component of the chemtrails program. If you could come up with more ideas like your magna-doodle analogy, that would be even better. If it can be shown clearly in universally digestible terms how HAARP could transform chemtrails into the overcast, that would be huge. Maybe you have already done that. It seems logical to me that there must be other instruments involved for trails to spread out so efficiently. Before this HAARP thread, I never really thought about it. I guess I figured the ptb's were working with high tech weather data, figuring out how to use the wind to spread the crap out so evenly. The more you can show the connection between chemtrail activity, HAARP, and the end result, the more you will become the first person to actually make a strong case that HAARP is a vital component to chemtrails.

That being said, myself and may41970 are fairly decent at using search engines and trying to help out any kid making posts with somewhat unclear ideas in it. You did the same thing when I was posting at Gastronamus Cafe. In fact, you were the only one there who took the time to pick through my ramblings and help me clarify them. NatureisMad has done that too, to an extent, as we both have noticed the sun being a primary target of the programs. In fact, many people over the years have mentioned that.

At Gastro, I was coming up with scientific links and common sense ideas. There was a period of time in 2006 in Massachusetts, about two months, where 95% of the time it was raining or overcast. It was like reading about Noah's Ark or something. That was when it hit me that chemtrails are not about the actual trails. If they were, then we'd be stuck in that enigma forever of chemtrails versus contrails. The main thing about chemtrails is what they evolve into. At Gastronamus, Lophofo basically took the human approach of responding to my exact ideas. He even came up with a link that showed that there was this ability to create fog systems.

As regards to showing all these connections between military institutions and academia, Lophofo's findings line up exactly with what myself and may41970 came up with when we finally got around to looking into chemtrails in Taiwan.

All we can do is try our best. Unless somehow this website is deleted beyond our control, there is a base here for showing newbies and fence-sitters that chemtrails are deliberate activity. In my humble opinion, we still have work to do if we want to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that chemtrails are real. My saying I 100% believe they are deliberate activity is not enough. Yet, I do think that if we were to bring everything we have to a civil rather than criminal court, we would win the case. I believe we are at the door of proving beyond any reasonable doubt that chemtrails are real. I believe that we have already proven that more likely than not, chemtrails are deliberate activities. The only reason this has not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt is because of the chemtrails are a kooky enigma script.

Ok. I went to the googler. Thanks to Lophofo for coming up with all these players and links. I searched Terry Bullett. He is definitely a bigwig.

Because of the scientific accomplishments achieved by USGCRP and other research programs during a productive "period of discovery and characterization" since 1990, we are now ready to move into a new "period of differentiation and strategy investigation", which is the theme of the President's Climate Change Research Initiative (CCRI). In announcing the CCRI, the President directed the reestablishment of priorities for climate change research, including a focus on identifying the scientific information that can be developed within 2 to 5 years to assist the nation's evaluation of optimal strategies to address global change risks. The President also called for improved coordination among federal agencies, to assure that research results are made available to all stakeholders, from national policy leaders to local resource managers.

Maybe this is the kind of stuff Colin Powell was referring to when he made that statement about the U.S. already having the technologies ready to combat climate change?

Goes beyond analysis to propose real solutions, including new ways to cut energy consumption, and presents new conceptual tools and suggests new avenues for research. A chapter on geoengineering suggests how we may someday be able to intervene in planetary processes to reduce the effects of global warming.

I do not believe that the chemtrails are in any way used to off-set carbon dioxide emissions. But this is how I see it. The ozone layer is hurting. If anything, the chemtrails appear to be used to protect from uv-b rays without causing a stink about the holes in the ozone layer. Another idea is that the chemtrails could be used to block out view of what is going on in the stratosphere and higher. In the Sondrestrom link above, there is mention of the noctulicent clouds. Perhaps the mad scientists are working with those? Just a thought.

Geoengineering ideas to off-set global warming are about dispersing particulates much higher up than the chemtrails we witness. In fact, chemtrails as being used to off-set global warming emissions has been a strawman used by Jay Reynolds. A big chunk of the chemtrail disinformation script has been to have the constant bickering between Wayne Hall, Lou Aubuchont, and Jay Reynolds. All three of them lead us to Will Thomas. And Thomas has been the one pushing all these years that chemtrails are used to off-set global warming. Perhaps they are. But I am positing that if so, they are used to block out any view of whatever is going on much higher up in the atmosphere. Common sense tells me that there are two most probable reasons for the chemtrails we witness.

**** Create stalled overcast systems to block out harmful uv-b rays. The side effects from the aluminum, barium and whatnot is harder to prove than if skin cancer went completely through the roof. The chemtrails versus contrails debate also has kept sincere people from going any further in figuring out wtf is probably going on. That is where the frothings and tinfoil strawmen including Lou Aubuchont and Wayne Hall entered the scene. Throw in all the other tinfoil being put out by Chemtroll Central, and it has been next to impossible to get anywhere with serious research into chemtrail realities.

**** By creating the fake overcasts, astronomers and others have been unable to see wtf is going on much higher up than the troposphere. I take Colin Powell at his word. I think he messed up and spilled the beans many years ago.

Chemtrail Forum Fakery, HAARP, and the Ingredients

Postby socrates on Sun Feb 17, 2008 4:13 pm

In brief, here is my chemtrail forum history, minus one British website I used to post at around 2002. Before then and up to the end of 2005, I wasn't on the internet that often.

In early 2006, I started posting at BreakForNews. But soon enough I realised that place was a joke. I even got trolled on by Steven Hertzberg/Navari. In late spring 2006, I decided to step forward and participate at Chemtrail Central. I hadn't read any of the archives. I was a pure newbie as regards to usernames like chem11, deborah, swampgas, increase1776, thermit, Jay Reynolds, Lou Aubuchont, Wayne Hall, et in Arcadia Ego, etc..

Myself and may41970 hit it off with the Netvocates and internet fakery angle. We both quickly saw that Chemtrail Central was a joke. At that time, I started reading the Chemtrail Central Changes threads, a whole section devoted to people like swampgas who quit as moderators when Mark Steadham decided to reopen up CTC to "debunkers." In that section, I ran across the info that swamp and others had relocated to Gastronamus Cafe. May41970 went there first. Swamp asked him how he heard of the place. May told him that I had read about it. Then Swamp sent me a pm at CTC inviting me over. He told me that CTC was DAARPA infested, that there were "wolves in the henhouse."

So I made the leap and went to Gastronamus. I was in awe of all of them. I had seen Lou Aubuchont mentioned in the Will Thomas articles. I would read some posts by swamp and his lefty peacenik slant hit the spot. I learned there was also a Chem11 with his Megasprayer. I simply assumed that these were the real chemmies who had given up on CTC for being the joke it was and still is.

I quickly learned how annoying and off-topic Halva/Wayne Hall is. I joined Megasprayer to attack him there in order to leave Gastro as chemtrail pure as I could.

The archives I first dove into were the ones including Jay Reynolds. Lou and Halva/Hall along with swamp were always on about him. The script called for the villian to be perceived as being Jay and Ed Snell/Cydoniaquest.

I then noticed a big stink up going on between Halva and Chem11 over the chemtrail ingredients. Swamp and Chem11 both didn't have much to say on HAARP other than that it was a limited hangout. When looking at the white-outs, I could see how Chem11 might be right about chemtrails being all about or mostly about sulphates. Rosalind Peterson signed up at Megasprayer, seemingly on the invite of Wayne Hall. I saw barium being affiliated with crazy ideas, the mind control and ufo theories. I started to think Peterson was a plant. I admit I hadn't read all that much from her website. I was a newbie. I do understand how much convolution there is with chemtrails and how much effort it takes to sift through all the nonsense and misdirection. A few months later chem11 snapped on myself and Swampgas, who himself would snap on me about a month later when I started questioning the ideas of Chem11, Deborah, and Arcadia Ego, the debunkers in chemmie clothes.

I'll stop with this right there. I am sure people can put two and two together if they want to. Long story short, fakes like Chem11, Deborah, Arcadia, Hall, Swampgas, and others have been part of a script. Elsewhere in this forum I have made a public apology to Rosalind for doubting her. I was simply a puppet used by the fakes.

Here is a good thread for folks to look at from Megasprayer which illuminates a lot of what I just tried to articulate. Chem11 linked to someone supporting HAARP as being a major chemtrail toy. The person was published at PrisonPlanet with her essay on how chemtrails are an attempt to cull "useless eaters." Chem11's problem with her wasn't with that, however. He didn't like her saying that barium and aluminum were primary chemtrail ingredients.

In another thread I would eventually ask Chem11 about the sulphates. He said that the military didn't have the sulfur specifications that commercial airliners did. That's what the fakes do. They'll make a good response every once in a while to appease the sincere questions of the real folks. So it was certainly a shock to me when I found out later that Chem11, Big Bunny, Deborah, Arcadia, even Mark Steadham have been astroturfing that all aircraft are involved as regards to chemtrails. If one doesn't take the time to really look through the archives, if they are strung along like I was as regards to studying Jay Reynolds, into reading rabbit hole fights between Reynolds, Snell, Lou, and Halva, then of course, the contradictory nature of the "believers" will probably be missed. May41970 could see through their scam before me. That's why Swampgas banned him from Gastro for no reason. Then Swamp made me feel like may41970 was Ed Snell. When I finally started to see the full extent of the script including crazy believers, closed-minded debunkers, and debunkers in chemmie clothes, I went on a tear against them at DemocraticUnderground. May41970 posted favourably about that. We patched things up with pm's at CTC. I would later invite him to DebateBothSides when I went into full attack mode against the script.

The Gloves Are Coming Off Again

There was one post by Halva that led me to find more Aubuchont sock puppets, but I will save that finding for a post in the chemtrails are not kooky section. There was one link left by Chem11 at the end which actually may be a good find. But like most of the scientific links, they are tough to get through, they are difficult to use to pin down exactly what they mean. Using such links were the main strategy used by the debunkers in chemmie clothes. They'd link to tough to read articles and whatnot. They'd copy and paste. Then they'd throw in a sentence or two backing their own propaganda. Those types, the Arcadia Egos, the chem11's, and Deborah/FootSoldiers have consistently mentioned how much painstaking research they have done. They have used the crazy believers as their own strawmen. Aubuchont/Hall versus Jay Reynolds is obviously a cancel each other out thing. We the real chemmies were meant to go the route of the debunker in chemmie clothes. But unfortunately for themselves, the few of us dug deep enough to figure out how the whole chemtrail forum thing has been staged disinfo. A lot of credit should go to may41970 for figuring out Aubuchont. I was about ready to give up on going after these folks. But may41970 pulled me back in. Lou Aubuchont is the key. Lou Aubuchont is the Tom Flocco of the chemtrail forums. He is the one who gives the whole thing away.

This is a pdf link. One thing I read last night was about how cheap it can be to manufacture tons upon tons of particulates.

{excerpts}
p.27 Atmospheric aerosols are important to the global radiation balance, both directly and through their influence on clouds. The “ultrafine” (< 100 nm) fraction dominates the number concentration of these airborne particles, and thus while their mass concentration may be small, their potential to affect cloud condensation nuclei populations is important.....

p.91 Background and Current Status: Aerosol Reaction Engineering
...In many cases, ‘aerosol’ (gas-to-particle) synthesis routes will be attractive in order to satisfy demands for high product purity, scale-up potential, improved control of stoichiometry and phase selection, and small environmental 'footprint'. These factors have already led to the dominance of specially designed particlesynthesizing combustors that can produce many tons of nanoparticle products per day.

Webstrands

Postby socrates on Tue Feb 19, 2008 9:11 pm

There is video on webstrands somewhere at this forum. I was looking at some screenshots that I never posted. These were taken from that video. Today, I saw the same shit. It was in the woods. You could only see it because the sunlight was reflecting it. I think this is what is referred to as attempts at "benign weather modification" and having "small, environmental footprints." Debunkers will say they are from spiders. I think they have to do with the chemtrails. They are very hard to notice. But again, if the lighting is just right, they can be seen, and fairly often.

Terry, NOAA, NCAR, UCAR & others

Postby Lophofo on Thu Feb 28, 2008 4:29 pm

Anyone who wants info on people involved with the NOAA and the Solar Terrestrial Physics Group can check out this URL:
ngdc.noaa.gov/ngdcinfo/phonelists/stp.html

Terry Bullett (303) 497-4788 Terry.Bullett@noaa.gov

Well, looks like Terry likes to visit CEDAR/DASI conferences. He was at one last year.

Here's more info about CEDAR DASI:

spacsun.rice.edu/~gem/gem2007/wednesday620.html

Image

Here's the URL which shows Terry's name at one of these conferences.
cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu/workshop/archive/2007/participants_2007.pdf

Let's check out some of the names of people who attended. I find it very interesting that people who attended are also from places where they have ionospheric stations at. Is that a mere coincidence? I, personally, don't believe so.

Image
Image

Now, let's look at Terry's address. I find it interesting that his email says Terry.Bullett@noaa.gov, but that he registered for his profile with an address up at Hanscom Airforce Base in Massachusetts for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL - who helps fund HAARP). It seems like he wants people to know he is involved with the noaa, but more importantly, the AFRL. I suppose that carries more weight in the scientific community when it comes to the ionosphere.

Who else attends? Well, we show some people from the University of Colorado at Boulder. We show an individual from the NOAA in Boulder, another from Utah State Physics dept., a person from Stanford, one from MIT, wait...what's that...oh yeah...someone from NCAR attended also. And, what's that Peru address, Instituto Geofisico del Peru?

Hmm...well, if I visit ulcar.uml.edu/stationlist.html#organizations I can see Instituto Geofisico del Peru listed there, which takes me to this page:

igp.gob.pe

Coincidence you may say? I think not. I say, "Think Again!"

Browse through the participants...you'll be amazed at all the people who attended. But, why is this important? Because of the things they discuss there. It's a conference of the scientific minds and people involved in these research projects and grants.

Let's look at last year's agenda:
cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu/workshop/archive/2007/agenda_2007.pdf

That's a ucar.edu website. Notice the title. Agenda for 2007 CEDAR/DASI Workshop
This was held last year in New Mexico.

Scroll down to here:

And, the Friends of Arecibo they are talking about is the Arecibo, Puerto Rico ionospheric heating station there
mentioned along with Gakona at this URL: oai.dtic.mil

It's also shown here: ulcar.uml.edu/stationlist.html

The above URL shows that Ramey/Arecibo are used interchangeably since Ramey is 50 km West of Arecibo.

Ok, so in that conference last Summer...they were definitely talking about ionospheric heating stations...HAARP and Ramey/Arecibo.

I will continue with the Agenda at cedarweb.hao.ucar.edu/workshop/archive/2007/agenda_2007.pdf
I overlooked something you might have caught already...on the first day, Sunday...you'll see a topic called Wind Observations Rockets
very interesting...wonder what was in those rockets

You'll see some interesting abbreviations and stuff in there.

Postby socrates on Thu Mar 06, 2008 8:51 pm

Hey Lophofo, thanks again for putting this thread together and for showing general support for this forum's main messages.

Today we got chemtrails. Last friday too. And those only count the hours when it was visible. At night, one can often hear what m.a. basher describes as train chemtrails. It's just a loud rumbling that doesn't go away for the longest time. I do not remember all this overcast.

I've said this before. I lived in Ireland in the late 80s. When I came back early 90's I saw for the first time in years many days filled with blue skies. Ireland is an island, so the weather comes and goes quick, making it tough to have long lasting systems.

So when I came back, the blue skies were obvious.

Now we have things like in 2006 where we had rain for two straight months. Now we have overcast 85% of the week. When we do have any blue skies, there is a good chance there will be deliberate aerosol dispersions, like with today.

Carnicom's board is looking refreshed. They went to a new server or something. One thing I did notice was yet another long thread by Deborah/Foot Soldier astroturfing that chemtrails are contrails. It is really annoying to see that person acting as if she wasn't exposed. That's the thing with disinfo. It doesn't matter how much they get discredited. They have that GW Bush kind of way. That Alberto Gonzales thing. That Martin Short character where he has the smoke and he never ashes it, and he's sweating, but will never admit to anything.

The bottom line is that not all aircraft are involved. The two original chemmies, Chem11 and Deborah, along with the Arcadia Ego guy and the Big Bunny keep astroturfing that chemtrails are contrails.

Hopefully more people sign up. Hopefully the members here can chip in more often. The worst is over for this place. The cybersmears did not work. The messages here are based on proof. Letting the reader decide is working. I just wish those readers weren't so shy.

Oh yeah, I remember what I wanted to say. This John Dean {Sluggojd}, I hope he doesn't get mad at me for posting this, but in an email he told me it does look on some videos like the "contrails" are not coming out of the engines. He said he thought it was tinfoil, but that he did look at the videos, that they do look fishy.

Someday we will be recognized for being the normal chemmies who presented chemtrails in an honest manner. I think we could get closer to chemtrails being exposed and stopped, if more people would sign up and help out. Chemtrail Centrail is clearly a disinformation pit. Myself and may41970 got the cybersmear treatment, because we were able to figure some shit out, the internet fakery stuff.

Thanks again for adding a crucial piece to the puzzle that has been missing from this website.
