Yesterday, about 6:00 - 6:30 local time, some explosion-like noises were heard and reported, mainly coastal areas of Canelones departement, and Montevideo (capital city). I did not personally heard those noises, as I have air conditionning at home and sleep with all the windows closed.
There were hundreds of reports to the Uruguayan Air Force, Meteorological Service, Firemen, etc.

The last description for the phenomena, given by one of the TV meteo reporters, is that it was a "cielomoto" ("skyquake" in English).
It seems obvious to me some Governements (not only US Govt) are testing technologies we already mentioned in this forum (ionospheric heaters, etc). It's getting too dangerous...
